No Genius is, obviously, created by a no genius person. 

 

It’s me, Phuong, who:

Survived, learnt, grew and sometimes shined in the agency world at a developing country for the last 6 years as a “suit person”. 

​

Used to send incorrect calendar invitations to clients, attend internal meetings with no idea what is going on and sometimes get lost because the boss with an accent was speaking too fast, miss some deadlines and yep, cry in the toilet like an emo teenager in high school ;(

​

Experienced in listening and solving all kinds of thoughts, queries, feelings from junior people, so frequently that they named me “Ms.Bunny”, who is famous for hosting a call center specialized in listening to people’s thoughts. I guess that happened because I promised not to include those in their annual performance review (I did, a bit)

​

No Genius is gonna wipe out the illusion that you might have about agency life and explain the reasons why despite hectic days, endless loops of feedback, countless files named “final”, and occasional mental breakdown, we agency people are still eager to come to work every day and continue to challenge our limit without any hesitation. 

​

No Genius hosts interviews with everyone in the agency, disregard their position. We listen to the voice of an intern, an account executive, a head of client service, a managing director, a head of planning, a creative director and more (if they exist). They will tell stories, show tips, reveal truths, share experiences, so you don’t have to desperately find your “Ms. Bunny” anywhere else but here, @Nogenius.
